I have the same problem, my ironman game is crashing exactly on November the 1st 1528 with my Mughal game (formed by Timurids). But the error in the log are different and doesnt contain the check monarch death problem:

That seems like a new one, please make new thread on bug report if you can't find any reports with the same callstack. Please attach game as it's perfect if it's predictable.
