Is it me or this is probably the most buggy expansion to date? Whats up`with the vanilla game (no mod whatsoever) crashing every 5 minutes?

What is the monarch ctd? It happens pretty randomly.
Check your exceptions log. It'll say something about checkMonarchDeath. Make sure you are looking at the most recent one.
OK, looks like that is indeed my problem. I guess a new game is in order, then.

I dont think so, I started a new one and still have the same Issue at arround the year 1510 - 1520 like the last game.

Just look for the "CheckMonarchDeath" part.
You're getting the above one specifically after starting fresh on 1.14.2? If so, you need to make sure you have posted the specifics ( log and save ) in the bug reports. I haven't seen anything where the devs are aware of it still happening in a fresh one.
