Game crashing, can't access support

So I recently purchased HOI3 and all the dlc's as part of the recent steam sale but every 30 minutes or so the game crashes out to desktop.

I found that to fix this I need to get to the technical support forum, which requires an account and game registration (which is ridiculous imo). But the CD key given to me by steam does not work and so I can't register my game, and so I am sitting here twiddling my thumbs waiting for a fix that's buried deep in the internet.

To expedite the process can anyone help me?

I am in the same boat. Just bought the bundle during the last sale and the game crashes or freezes every few months. Kinda bumbed
