Game crashing before reaching main menu after launching

Putting this here in case anyone has any advice,
Game crashing before reaching main menu after launching. playing V1.0.3

Playing on Windows using Steam, no mods, have verified. Have 3hrs plus of game play, just from the loading screen though.

Launch game, starts up the initial loading screen, keeps playing eventually hear a click like its opening the main menu, like all my other paradox games, but then pauses, resumes briefly and then crashes. Sends off crash report as well. Not my anti virus its allowing the game, have Norton. Windows is up to date aswell.

This is my processor believe its good enough AMD A8-6410 APU with AMD Radeon R5 Graphics, 2000 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s), play all TW games and such and they are would be a lot more demanding specs wise

Suffering from the same problem with the Steam version, hope its fixed soon lad

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/CK3/pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox/CK3/logs/ folder, attach system.log , error.log
