Game crashes upon clicking singleplayer

Hello everyone, recently my old hard drive broke and i had to buy a new one. I installed Windows 7 32-bit, after that, i downloaded software, required for eu4, and the game itself (1.28 version, by the way). The game loaded smoothly, but when i clicked singleplayer, it crashed. I tried to play in fullscreen, windowed mode and borderless mode, nothing worked. I tried installing Fast Universalis, thinking it might help because i have a weak computer, but that didnt affected anything at all. If i disable all the DLC, music, models and portraits the game sometime works, but the map looks like 1444, no matter the scenario. Is there a way to fix this? The game worked fine when i had a 64-bit Windows.

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/EU4/settings.txt and pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox/EU4/logs/ folder, attach system.log .

Here is the files. I couldn't find pdx_settings. Do i have to login in the launcher to get it? Forgive me, if you see some russian text in the files i've sent.

Both the video card and system memory are below the minimum requirements for this game, even putting aside the 32/64bit thing.

I think all you can do is go back EU4 versions until you find one that runs. To go back more than a year you'll need to use these instructions:

The game worked fine even with this computer. Guess i have no choice. Thank you for your help anyways.
