So I am playing a game as brittany. I have a random new world created and sometime when I click a random province in the new world the game crashes. Anyone have any idea why?

have you tried verifying the integrity of the game cache? (To be sure the files are not corrupted).

Your checksum looks to be invalid. Please check first that you are opted out of any betas of the game (Right click on EU IV, go to properties > BETAS and select "None - Opt out of all betas").
If that did not work, do a full clean install of the game, including removing the Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Universalis IV\ folder. Make sure to copy the save games folder to a different location, or you'll lose these.
