Game Crashes on Resignation

Not sure if this has been covered already. A couple of days after the Charlemagne release I've not been able to resign from a save without the game crashing. It started off sporadically but for the past few weeks it's been happening every single time.

Cheers for taking your time reporting this, the issue is known to us and we are trying to pin-point what exactly is making it crash.

Has this issue been resolved at all? Noticed that it only happens on my 769 start save, no issues on any other saves. Still persist with the CM start occasionally and am loathe to delete it but if the save's unfixable I'll delete it.
