Game Crashes After Resign

I tried resigning after playing for a while and it instantly crashed and sent me back to the desktop. I've tried it with a few more nations, and it also renders my multiplayer unplayable giving "Game State Corrupted" excuse for not being able to play it. Anyone also had this one?

You are not supposed to be able to use multiplayer after resigning. You need to restart your game client. WAD.

Oh alrighty then, I gotcha. Tho it still sends me right into the desktop despite I try to resign, not quit.

Thank you for fast reply. Enjoying the last patch/DLC except for that single issue.

I've had a lot of random crashes after this dlc.
