Game crashes after launch blank text

After getting 1.29.1 my game has crashed every time i've tried to launch it. I've done 2 full clean redownloads and let eu4 through both antivirus and windows defender, and my antimalwareprogram. I've deleted the things that supposedly intrefere with the game, but still the game refuses to launch, and i cant rever to an older patch since the old launcer just crashes. What to do? or will you guys roll out a fix patch soon? its been broken for more than a week, thats not really OK.

well no, since i deleted them all

There is a patch today 1.29.2, but I rather doubt that has helped you, is that right?

Is it the launcher that won't run, or EU4 itself, or both?

If you exit Steam and run eu4.exe by itself, what happens?
