Game Crash

Two games in a row the game has crashed in summer/fall of 41. Both times I was looking at the commander of the unit and game shut down.

No error message was given just a shut down.

Is there a known problem in this error or have I just been unlucky so far?

Was this reloading the same save game?
If not when you reload does it always crash at the same point?
