Game crash when looking for bride

I just killed my spouse. Each time i click on the marriage rings to find a new bride the game crashes. I validated files and all checked out. http://www.mediafire.com/download/mx8xlll8y8q5z72/Ironman_Amalfi.ck2 load my game then click on the marriage rings to search for a wife and the game will crash.

Version 2.3 (BTOF) no mods all DLC's up to Charlemagne

Your first link is dead. I had assumed they would know it's the latest version. Doesn't steam auto update?

Game works fine for me. With all DLC active and just CM and WoL deactivated. Is there any other circumstances to replicate this issue?

The point is, when you signed up to use the forums you agreed to the forum rules, which clearly state that all rules laid out in sticky threads for sub-forums must be followed. So you are in fact breaking the forum rules, I have yet to see moderators enforce these rules, but that doesn't mean today isn't the day they do. In addition since your report is very thin it makes it incredibly difficult to replicate the issue.

Dito what Dracko81 said. However we usually try to be lenient and give people the chance to update a report before taking any drastic actions I can't reproduce it either though, so if there's anything that might help - try to add it.

All dlc (sprite, music, ect) up to the Rajas of India. Everything from Charlemagne on, no. Load in and go right to the ruler screen. Hit the little marriage button to find a spouse, Then unpause and game crash. I have done it 5 times in a row now. My solution was to find a bride using the character finder. Once i was married game has resumed fine. But that save file i can recreate the crash every time. Sorry for not realizing there were special rules to the bug reports section of the forums. Just thought you guys/gals would wanna know when your game breaks. Didn't realize we had to be all regimental about it.

Steam can be set to auto-update or not. A lot of people aren't playing the current build because it has a couple of major bugs in it. Anyway, I also have no problems finding a spouse. I have all the sprite DLC, but don't have most of the music or Sunset Invasion. I disabled Charle and WoL to test and didn't see an issue. Maybe your particular save got corrupted somehow.

Very strange. Well all is well since i found a way to circumvent the issue. If i have it arise again i will share.

Sounds good. I'll keep seeing if I can find it ofcourse. But let us know if it keeps being a recurring issue from new saves
