Game crash when i start annexing

Okey so i have had this problem for a while now.....
the game crashes HARD when i start annexing a vassal, i cant even stop eu4 with task manager.

Have you tried anything else? Verify game files? Reinstalling? Try a non iron man game and see if you can replicate the scenerio on a separte save

did a reinstall and it did not work, but when i started the gaem today i can annex again
