game chooses all cards at once

Hi

At first i've activated the mod Storm in the West. My Problem is the game chooses all cards of a stack at once if i start playing sometimes. then i have to restart the game. if i place the units and hold the mouse over one unit the game chooses all units of the same type at once. does someone know the bug or is it a bug?

and btw it isnt possible to choose on which position you want to play isnt it ?
