Game breaking bug

Hi all,

I've been enjoying Tyranny but I hit a game breaking bug and dug a hole for myself. It was during the bronze thief mission, welby was bugging out and I couldn't interact with her so I used the console command as outline in this forum post to kill welby in order to progress:

Thinking the issue resolved I continued to the point where I had no saves from before killing webly. I have since realised that as I didn't speak to Welby and she is now dead I can never get the location off her to progress the quest for the helm. This is the quest here:

"Find Welby on the other side of the river, to the northeast. She will reveal that Raetommon had gone inside the Oldwalls at Twin Rivers. She also says that a man named Myrek has the Keystone required to get inside the Oldwalls - Myrek was headed toward Deserter's March. Find him there."

I was hoping you guys would be able to give me a console command to perhaps force the next step in the quest to go through. I had a good look online but couldn't find anything detailed enough to get the quest ID. As it stand deserter's march is not an option on the map so it's basically game over unless I can get this resolved. Thanks for your time.

Hello @vascoe,

I am sorry you are having to deal with these bugs yourself. Would you mind sending us the save file you have instead? I could try to guess at which command to tell you to use, but I think it would be quicker for me to load the save locally and make sure that what I am saying to do is actually going to fix the issue. I will even send you the save back fixed.

You can usually find your save game files at:

C:\Users\%username%\Saved Games\Tyranny​

Hello @vascoe,

Please try the attached save.

In case this comes up again, I used the following 2 console commands to correctly simulate Welby talking to you before she dies:

• SetGlobalValue 0201_LC_FQ_Quest_Dis_02 5
• WorldMapSetVisibility AR_0211_Deserters_March unlocked

Please let me know if you run in to any further issues, or if the attached save does not work for some reason.
