Game breaking bug (spoiler alert)

Hi guys.
I've got a game breaking bug.

So right now, after 10h of playing I can't finish a quest about Cairn (Arcane Preservation).
Right now I should speak with Isadora and give her some shards (I've got few).
When I trying to speak with her, she constantly asking me about Basilon and his excavation.
But Basilon is already safe etc. because stonestalkers let them live.
Basilon stayed at entrance of Aurora Spire (there is no option to speak with him).

Could you help me with that?

I am sorry this issue is happening to you. Could you upload a save file in which this is occurring?
