ok so the macedonia monastery tier 1 greatproject gives -50% idea cost thats op also tier 2 reduces it to -10% only

Please give some Screenshots an Information then i move it to Bugs.

You must be playing with a mod, there's no monument in the Balkans that gives idea cost reduction in vanilla. Take it up with the mod's maker, it's most probably a typo and they meant -5%.

While -50% ideas cost is too powerful, it's hardly a game-breaking bug.
