Hi!

Since HOI will be a game based on EU2 engine I wonder if grand campaign would be balanced as "good" as in EU2 where one can start playing small country with one province and at highest difficulty and conquer almost whole world in 200 years (ca 50% game time). I can imagine Luxemburg conquering half of world in 1940-42 :))).

My next concern is manpower problem. In EU2 manpower system is very, VERY unrealistic. Even small countries can support enormous armies. 100k-200k armies in 15th century (!) are quite common in EU2. Well, in 20th century we can expect 40-50M armies can't we? ;)

Johan said soemwhere that conquering the world with one of the mior states (like Sweden for example) will be impossible. So on that front you should be happy. I am sure that the manpower rules are also schedualed for a revision in HOI so that should take care of that concern.
