Game always crashing

Game is complex and challenging and hours of fun. Game of Thrones mod is especially great. But it is very buggy and unstable. Spent as much time adjusting computer settings to be able to keep the game from crashing as I did actually playing the game. I paid forty bucks to play a game, not to take a computer course. Crashes on launch- fixed it. Fullscreen issues- fixed it. Turn off autosaves. Updating drivers. Reinstalling. "Turn off trees". Using different BETAS. Forum advice seems like band-aids for a game that just doesn't work.
At this point the game crashes about five minutes in no matter what. With or without the mod doesn't work. Was playing for hours on windows 64-bit and now won't work at all...why? Thanks for teasing me with a great game that will never work right. First game I bought here, first experience with steam. Kind of wish I could get a refund.

Considering this is your first post about any crashing or other issue I am confused by who you have previously spoken to about your issues. I suggest you look under the tech support section - this is not a bug - and read the stickies. The tech support for this game is amazingly good, if you choose to use it.

Also, the game isn't crashing like that for most people = something specific to your setup/computer. Please specify more information such as dxdiag, your game version, etc etc... http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum...rting-Guidelines-on-how-to-write-a-Bug-Report.

As mentioned. When posting, please make sure to include the version number in your title.

When it comes to crashes and other stability issues. Starting out in the tech support forum is a good idea to start. Other than that, always include information such as which OS you are using, computer setup, etc.
