Game always crashes on at the same time no matter what

Every time I get to 24:00, 8 Feb, 1938 the game crashes. No matter what country I play as it doesn't work and it doesn't matter whether or not its single player or multiplayer. I've tried doing a clean reinstall but it still doesn't work and this is really starting to piss me off.
