Sorry if this has been posted already. It seems that about half the time, maybe more, I use favors to help me out on a vote, I lose the favor(s) and the influence, but don't gain the diplomatic weight added for the vote.

7. What steps have you taken to try and solve this yourself (reinstall, Google error code etc)?
No error code, i haven't uninstalled
I can't find a pattern to why it sometimes happens and sometimes not. Idk if its certain propositions, certain empire types or anything like that. It seems to happen a lot though.
