Is there any nation which matches these requirements:

1. It has no enemies and it won't get into a war even through events.
2. It has many neighbours (in GC).
3. And it should have some money at the start.

Because always when I start a new Grand Campaign, even though with a rich nation, unfortunately it gets into a war in no time. So beign a war in EU2 is so damn expensive.

I would prefer a country which even has a chance to gain more provinces. Haven't played as Navarre though. I tried as France, wasn't a very peaceful game. :) I tried as Sweden, but Denmark always gets into a war and takes Sweden with it (I won't be a traitor and dishonour an alliance).

I have tried as those native American tribes but it was too lonely with only a few other tribes.

1. Dakota :D
2. any german minor
3. some europeans

But any european will get embroiled in wars sooner or later. And so it should be indeed, for EU2's era is an era of wars and strife.

But if you play a big major, with low BB and very good relations with everyone, isolated without any alliance, odds are that the AI'll be too afraid to DoW you. But keeping good relations with some countries prone to reaching high BB and hence-forth bad relations with everyone requires money.

Basically, the AI analyzes your power in deciding whether it'll attack you or not. If you're small, it'll attack you. If you're strong but it's stronger, it'll attack you. If you are stronger, but you have an ally, you ally will DoW another because it feels its alliance is stronger than the enemy's. The only ways to ensure peace are either utter isolation (without any borders, hence Dakota, Kongo, etc) or great might coupled with a no-alliance policy (but you'll be spammed with alliance offerals).

Yeah, I know, but that way I still earn more money than in alliances and having wars all the time.

Thanks, I'll try that as England or France.

I have another question, but don't want to make a new topic for it. And the question is: If I want to recreate an empire like Rome was, should I choose Papal States, Napoli or what? In Victoria I thought it was Sardinia-Piedmont because the whole Italy was its national land. And I think it's Papal States in EU2 because Papal States has Rome...

You can earn a lot of money even when you have a lot of wars. You simply have to be careful with the lives of your soldiers, and not recruit too many of them.

Take the one, the true : the Roman Empire. Or Byzantium, as most people call it. ;)

Papal States is a good pick : three rich starting provinces, nice location. I remember seeing an AAR a long time ago where the writer made a set of fantasy events to recreate Rome (madness claiming a Pope). I think it was SecondReich who made it. You'd find a look on it quite useful, IMHO. :)

If you want to recreate the Roman Empire, download the AGCEEP and turn on the fantasy events. Then select option b in the initial event, and become Zeus reborn! :D

The Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire was formally crowned King of Rome and had secular power (de juris, at least) over all Christians until the peace of Westphalia, so I'd say any country with which you'd be able to get elected Emperor on a regular basis would be good enough :)
The Austrian Habsburgs would probably be the easiest ones, since they normally inherit Hungary, Bohemia and most of Burgundy by event and can easily gain a powerbase by expanding in Germany, if that's what you're looking for.

England in GC is a pain. IMO you always have to annex France very soon, before the end of the hundred years war fires. Else you will loose French culture. Which is, very bad. An Anglo-French Empire, will dominate the game, no matter how hard the AI is. It does, however, grant you tons of enemies with your huge BB. In earlier patches, i kept getting embroiled with Austria/Burgundy/Spain and a crapload of minors dowing me all the time. BB was higher then 80, and i kept having political crisis. Hopefully with all these DoWs, i had 0 stab. :D

If you want peace and love, better go as Portugal. Colonizating bastards they are. But, it just has Spain/Castile as neigbour. It is hard at the start, since Portugal just has 90 census taxes, but funny anyway.

Whenever i play vanilla GC, as Austria, i never have problems with war. Few people do dow Austria actually. Besides, you can vassalize half the world via diplomacy. Always do that. Bavaria and Mantua always go first. And then you inherit Bohemia and Hungary via event, making you ever stronger. The French AI sometimes is silly to Austria, but iirc, rarely. However, you may get yourself at war with some german/italian minor, or even with Poland, due to your great vassals/allies.

P.S. want to create Italy in vanila? well, take my tip: go as Venice. You can always take Greece and all Slavonic provinces after you unify Italy, because they share your culture. However, the OE and Austrians may prove a pain.

England's a good one for staying out of wars if that's the policy you wish to carry out. She's isolated, and if you annex Ireland & Scotland (as a safety precaution :p) then no one's ever going to have cores on you anyway.

If you look at England's military history, most of her wars were started by her, and not another. You could follow suit, I suppose

Yep. I am going to try England (never tried) and some European minors. It's just that I want to be Bill Gates before I start destroying my neighbours. You may think that's just boring...
