I had my tonsillectomy about ten years ago.. (I also had some nasty complications.... )

Hope she'll get beter soon.... (and won't have to eat mushed, sliced, chopped etc. food for long)

Well I do not visit this forum that often anymore..

But when I read about the tonsillectomy of the daughter of MrT, I just had to log in and wish the best for her (and MrT of course).

best wishes, i also had complications with a tonsillectomy. apparently they burned the upper part of my throat, so I had to be hydrated and sustained via IV, I don't remember much. They did give me ice cream though.

I feel your pain.. :rofl: my solution??? managed to grab Grandpa's old office computer. I'm going to strip it down, rebuild it, disable the network and internet to keep them out of trouble, and load a pile of kid games onto it and let them have at-er....

As with everyone else best wishes to the little sick one.

It also occoured to me that the paradox guys seemingly have wives (that is where children come from, we all learnt that from playing CK hehe). Lets give a big hand to those patient ladies as their men seem to be waiting on us hand and foot.
My wife is a game player but i still get the cold shoulder sometimes when i play too much.

Damn, same thing happened to me... except I was 21, so I remember all the details. Getting a cauterizing shot into your tonsils without any painkillers is not something you want to do every day. Uhm, so, yeah, my point was that it could have been worse, so chin up!
