On the sweden part I removed the allows military access event for Germany because an AI Germany could not handle it. Perhaps we can make this a Human only event.

Because now, the norwegian mountains are impassable thanks to Thistletooth.![]()

Those are impassable in regular TRP, so Thistletooth isn't to blame...TeutonburgerW said:I belived these represented the norwegian provinces that makes it impossible to go via mountias to Finland.

But perhaps that's some other provinces. Haven't start the campaign yet.
HistoryMan said:Actually, an "impassable" link still allows supplies (and MP, deployment, etc) to cross that boundary. Not sure if you can SR a unit out of a completely "isolated" province, so it might be a safeguard to leave the one link (even if very poor) open.

TroelsPoul said:Empty provinces with no acces could be left out completely, like it is done in battle scenarios. As (only AI?) units do somehow end up in those provinces. It might look a little wierd, but I can only see positive effects on mechanics.
Wobbler said:Another problem with having provinces completely cut off is that there is no way of gaining control of them. This could be solved by events, but if one wants 20 countries to be able to cede control of an isolated province to any other of those 20 countries, one would need 380 persistent events - and could still end up with a 21st country controlling the surrounding provinces, or one of the first 20 controlling a province full of partisans but unable to send in troops to quell them.
There is also the fact that it is fully possible to build infrastructure in-game (or is this disabled in TRP?), meaning an Australian player could spend a few years building a road through the desert, or a British player building a road through Burma, and then end up with the road completely unaccessible.
