I'm Italy in the 1941 scenario. The production of steel, coal etc. is so low, that I decide to invade Swiss, in order gaining the mines of Geneve. Thus I launch a massive attack to Lousanne and a diversion to Zurich. The trick is successful and the garrison leaves from Geneve. At that point, in the meanwhile my troops are still fighting at the borders, my paratroopers, fast as the wind, land on Geneve and capture it...
Surprise! Geneve is now a german province!
Please, don't say me "That's right, Geneve borders with Germany and not with Italy". It has been Italy to declare war, the only land troops on swiss territory were italian, and the paratoopers took off from Italy. Such an event is absurd.
