It's now 1859 and I can't covert POPs into Craftsmen (!) because there seems to be no or veeeery little Furniture on the world market. The ledger says that the total Production is 1 with the UK being the leading producer.
I've converted quite a few POPs so far and didn't have any problems earlier :wacko:

If you are playing Revolutions bear in mind that as ind and bus techs increase so does domestic demand by POPs, so less is being exported.
