The End of the End of the End. At the End.

Our Work Here Is Done.​

We begin this final, triumphant session with a confession; we have no photo recon shots of the annexation of Ireland. After a in-depth RAF investigation we discover the source of the problem;

Shockingly the head of the RAF has neither hat nor hair. He doesn't even look jaunty or have a daper moustache! He is, of course, court martialed and exiled to Backendofbeyond-istan on a zero tea allowance. Harsh but fair we feel.​

With the world at peace we can reward the brave and noble readers of the AAR;

A free Netherlands! With Curacao as well for some reason. No we don't know either. Anyway the Dutch are now free! Well as free as anybody in a British puppet state is, which is pretty damn free. Relatively speaking.​

That one was for you C&D, well deserved.

All in all the world is looking spectacularly pink, nothing but Britain, Dominions or British Puppets.

Brings a lump to your eye and a tear to your throat doesn't it? Or is that the other way around?​

Hmm, was the bomber by chance a former American plane renamed as Enola Straight?

And yay for the triumphant Allied Forces, which have shrunk a bit to the benefit of Britain, but all for the sake of decency and headwear fashion.

As for Curacao, it's a crown colony of the Netherlands along with Aruba, Bonaire, St. Martin, St. Eustacius and Saba. Suriname and Indonesia were to at that time, but they weren't coded as secondary national provinces by the Swedes.

The Hunter - Not a mistake Sweden will be in a position to make this time, instead the game is made by a firm capable of creating a decent AI.

Murmurandus - That outfit is a unique interpretation of sartorial elegance. It's not the national costume of Sweden is it?

But good news the Dutch agree with the vital war aims of decency and proper millinery.

Lord Strange - That makes a pair. If I get three can I trade it in for a cookie of Ultra Super British Awesomeness? Or perhaps a toaster/set of steak knives?

TheExecuter - The Dutch are best left to run free. After all Britain will need a vast army of garrisons to keep the world quiet, that's a lot of bored soldiers. And the one thing bored soldiers need lots of is porn; Hence the liberated Dutch.

Raaritsgozilla - But what if it was made by a non Anglophobic firm that could do a decent AI? That would surely be even better.

caffran - No. I concede the title is bewitching, but I just couldn't bring myself to do it, not unless it was a one shot wonder - Sweden rebels, gets nuked again, the end.

4th Dimension - As I said; No. Though I do have an idea for an entirely separate comedy AAR that, time willing, I may start soon.

I'm certain after a few generations and some proper education the world will come to see the benefits of enlightened British rule.

Nathan Madien - Everyone says the end can be the hardest part. That's why I had this one planned out from early one.

And I'm very glad the readers, including any non posting lurkers, enjoyed coming along for the ride. Hopefully next time it'll take less than fourteen months!

Even so I do expect Britain will stamp out those odd names you find in the former American military. Despite the setback to irony, I can see why Britain would prefer British airplanes. No renaming needed to make them straight.

Are we going to see an epilogue that shows how the world transforms after the Swedes are removed? I think that despite Britain's victory, they have yet to face the enemy within:
