Laying the groundwork.
The Iberian Army Group, much like their predecessors in Army Group Doesn't Appear In This AAR, have heroic and exciting adventures that are far too thrilling to recount here and so aren't.
Actually you missed very little. Some very old infantry and mountain troops being bombed to death then rolled over by armoured cavalry and tanks.
Still could be worse.
The Portuguese war was, if possible, even less exciting. Still it's over now.
With that done we can finally move onto out final Swede defeating plan, on which note the Americans really aren't pleased about it. Something about it being excessive. Indeed when we meet the Joint Chiefs of Staff at their Combined Organisational Nexsus For United States Expeditionary Department - CONFUSED - we're told as such, after marvelling at the pink walls and floral print obviously.
Annoyed we decided to meet the political leaders of the United States and get high level agreement. However we're told they're all in the Congressional Leader Organisation's Security Enhanced Tent - The CLOSET.
Frankly we'd suspected as much, though it's still a blow to our plans. Luckily with Blackadder and Brush available to us a brand new cunning plan to work round this problem is soon formulated;
The 22nd Amendment: Section 1. The above is rendered null and void. Section 2. Refer to Westminster for further instructions.
For those who believe that politicians wouldn't pass such legislation regardless of the bribes offered clearly hasn't been paying enough attention to politics. Or human nature in general actually.
Regardless the legislation was clearly popular, look at the unexpected fringe benefits;
How handy. Almost as good as the new Royal Navy ships. Almost
Just when one problems is sorted however another rears up.
France is, inexplicably, unhappy that all we've done is swap US occupation of their country for British occupation. And the fridge is playing up, that or Belgian is whining as well, always hard to tell those two apart.
The French lack of gratitude is sadly typical, but no less hurtful. Still never let it be said we aren't benevolent Imperial Overlords;
Their you go France, problem solved.
Just look, the whole of France and Belgium are now just one colour. Problem solved surely?
While France tries to complain that wasn't what they meant, we tell them they really should have been paying attention. And to hurry up back to work in our factories, no strikes or else.
With opposition almost completely out the way we can finally move onto the grand plan, just one last thing;
They thought they'd get away with it. They thought wrong.
Iberia is sorted, the US is now "compliant" while the long term dream of pacifying France has come to fruition. Aside from Ireland what is this immensely cunning plan? What will the new face of Europe look like? Are we finally entering the final stage of this AAR? Should I stay or should I go? Less than this yet, ineffably, more next time!
