Funky city hall?

The landmark building City Hall is deforming the land beneath it each time I load up my save. I must move it to the same spot for the land to calm down.

Bulldoze the building and then use your landscaping tool to level it off. Hopefully it stays normal.

The problem is, that it messes up the terrain every time I load the save. I have found ways to fix it (mentioned above), but it's just annoying to have to do it each time I play.

You may need to bulldoze roads as well, before leveling the land. if the roads are sloped, so will the land.
