I have been playing Saruhan, it has been loads of fun. Juggling the Byzantines, Ottomans, Jalyrids and Mamluks was difficult. I think I finally have the situation under contol though, after 50 years and can begin to expand a bit more.

Saruhan is one of the most fun nations to play. Period. And they have THE best flag in EU3.

Why don't you try Silesia?

Start off as a bohemian vassal, sandwiched between them, Austria, and Poland, with Hungary right nearby.

A cakewalk, don't you think?

Are they not a TPM? I would nominate Holland even though it's a TPM, it's not necessarily difficult but you need to be cautious. There's potential to go any route you want with Holland.
