hey! I was wondering if anyone know a fun OPM country. I´m rely tired of playing most of the big countries and looking for a new challenge and I would be very grateful if someone gave me a tip. :)

Try Ulm or Aachen. Great sliders for trading and republics. If you want to expand, choose a diplomatic leader to get "Claims on our rivals!". Somehow Mecklenburg is also always one of the tech leaders in my games.

Tuscany is the only one I've played for any length of time. A lot of fun though, since you start with a core on one of Milan's provinces which you can grab quickly if you're lucky and from there Italy is very much formable.

Tuscany, Ansbach, Holstein or Baden ^^

Tuscany to form Italy, Ansbach because I like their flag, culture and leader name, Baden because I like their flag and looooooooooooove Konstanz province

As Baden, try to inherit Wurtemberg, Ansbach and Bavaria as early as possible to culture shift, then invade Switzerland and Elsass. Austria is your best friend ^^

As Ansbach, my early goal is to unite all Bavarian provinces under my enlightened rule and vassalize Mainz. Austria is also your friend ^^

First thing to do as Holstein is to either cancel your vassalisation and wage war against Denmark for Jylland and Fyn. Then you repopulate them with hanoverian and expand south while allied with The Hansa to get those Trade leagues posts(might vassalize and take a few provinces beforehand).

Tuscany, take pisa and siena, then just steadilly increase your empire without getting blue blobed. As always, Autria is your friend.

And yes, I don't like Rheinlanders and Danish, problem ?

Ryukyu is hard challenge. others Mazovia, and Bar.

I believe Saruhan can only be released by the Ottomans and I usually see their flag right at the start gate in 1399 games. kind of like Crete has to be released by Venice before it can be played as a nation

Mainz is pretty cool, a landlocked archbishopric and an elector. At the beginning of the game you get two unique modifiers that give you prestige, and you have to keep high prestige to keep them (as well as remain an archbishopric). You have to wait until absolute monarchy becomes available to change your government; lots of room for roleplay too.

Saxe-Lauenburg is rather fun.

Achaea is also fun (pretty hard to)

Riga is fun, if it was not frustrating at times (hope the TO gets attacked early or restart since they attack you after their first war)
