Fullscreen Windowed

So windowed mode is Fullscreen=no, right? I tried using that, problem is I can't mouse scroll in the direction that my taskbar is located. I usually never play any game in windowed mode, it was more or less just a temporary solution that didn't work out so well.

My issue is having the game tab out every time you do anything on your second monitor. Pretty new to dual monitor setups, maybe I'm doing something wrong that's not Sengoku related. Either way from what I've read Fullscreen windowed mode is the solution in other games.

Any chance we could see that here anytime soon?

Paradox hates dual-screens, it seems. They've had the same issue with EU3 and haven't done anything about it. Would it be so hard to add a "windowed (no border)" option? Or heck, not even that, I don't mind getting tabbed out, but could you please lock my mouse pointer to the game while playing? Every time I try to move the map left, the pointer slides off the screen.
