i have one big problem
i have a russian version of eu2. its map has many mistakes in the names of provinces that's why i want to correct it.
if i just replace ftg's map files with russian eu2's ones - it works well. if i correct these eu2's files(using magellan) - it causes ctd in ftg but works well in eu2.
i change only shading-layer of psd file which is provided by magellan
i notice that if i extract map from eu2 with magellan and then inject it(without changing) back - size of some files changes!
also i have another progam - MapUtility. it works with viki's, hoi2's and CK's maps. i think it must work with eu2 too but it needs right settings like these for hoi2
who can help me? please!! maybe you have another tool to work with the map files?
