I was looking through the territory files, and saw the following for Nebraska (USA):

561 Hemingford Plains Clear Grain 100 35 0
562 Omaha Plains Clear Fruit 100 35 0
563 Lincoln Plains Clear Fruit 100 35 0

What, fruit?! Nebraska is all cattle and corn, not Florida. Sure, there's a couple apple groves now. But when the settlers found the state, the wasn't a single tree in it (and hence started the national holiday of Arbor Day.)

I realize that the programmers deal with the huge number of provinces and there's a large amount of territorial data that must be generated. And I'm sure Middle America isn't the most written about place, especially in Scandinavia. I think this is the best computer game series and Paradox is the savior of high-brow gaming, but I hope minor inaccuracies like this get sorted out in an upcoming patch.

(Similarly, I was on the beta test for Civ 3 Conquests and helped with things like making sure "Ancyra" wasn't listed as "Ankara" in Byzantium for the Middle Ages scenario. Paradox, please let me know if you're looking for beta testers for your next game!)

Heh, there's already lots of American betas, but none, I daresay, from around Nebraska or that would have been caught...

almost everything in pardox games is changeable, and very easy to do. The problem is that its a boring job that takes ALOT of time

Fruit in Nebraska make no sense. Cattle or grain, yes. I think I may have to edit that file to correct it...
