Good to hear. What about the insanely high opinion penalties to random low-development border provinces and the like, that the AI will often break alliance over? I would like confirmation one way or another as to whether that's WAD.

Usually this comes from a mission. It's a bit of a separate problem with no good solution yet, because the AI *is* supposed to want to carry out its missions.

If AI never breaks 100 trust Alliance I'll just conquer all nearby provinces and keep my Ally surrounded till end of the game as a defensive teddy bear. Leave it as it is now.

Agree but at the same time you should never make 100 trust block any country from DOWing others if the circunstance is good. I always thought the mechanic should be more about chance of joining wars, instead of not spanking you if you broke alliance, specially if the AI did offensive call to arms you didn´t accept.

Example. In my Castille game, Portugal DOWed Morocco which was allied with ottomans. I refused their call to arms.

Should that mean Portugal should be wary of me and try to contain me? The answer for me is - I´m not sure...

Maybe the AI should only care that much about historical conquest missions, not random ones?
I though the AI couldnt get random missions. Is that outdated info on my part?

Sometimes there's no available missions that are worth taking, but I guess the AI doesn't consider that at the moment.

I was not aware that the PLC got random missions in Kurland, that somehow don't show up on their main screen view when ones like "Conquer Western Prussia" do. Oh well, thanks for the reply. We shall await patch 1.15 eagerly. ^^

ETA: Wouldn't a possible fix be for it be to add a trigger or something to the missions so the AI never accepts a mission to conquer provinces held by an ally with 80+ trust?
