Business banks increase tax efficency, thus making you more money. It also gives reserches like "double standard" which gives more tax efficiency. Very important commerce tech.

sanmartin: yes, S-P is still open. as for your joining, that'd be up to everyone else, but as long as you don't mind that the AI will have been running your country that you choose for a bit already, joining shouldn't be much of a problem, unless lag issues are involved...

8pm EST it is. As for S-P, yeah, not a good idea. If you want to play Italy, I would suggest playing 2 Sicilies and having a chat with Austria as to whether they'll allow you to unify
Based on his previous threats I really don't think he'll allow Italy to form.... unless of course he forms it by annexing all of it himself.
