I'll see what I can remember

-no map trading prior to 1600 (or was it 1580?)
-Max 3 provinces taken by one nation in a war (5 per alliance), COTs count for two provinces.
-Edits to be kept to a minimum, and all edits require province IDs to host.

Hello, I have the bad news at least for me, I´m forced to leave the game, my Boss just said that I must work all Saturdays in the morning until the vacations that I have in August. I hope that you find a player permanent and Barca apply to him this Friday the -1 of inflation since I have written aar.
For me has been a pleasure play with all, I have learned much observing as you play, if after the summer I can return to play I´ll look if you need a permanent player or sub.

I think that choosing anyone who is on the loby tonight as a perm is not a good idea. How will we know he will show up next Friday. I also think that our subs that wish to become a parm should have priority over someone who just showed up in the loby.

The following nations will recieve -1 inflation for writing an AAR:
Sweden
Venice
Austria
Russia
Ottoman Empire
Denmark
Portugal

1) We play every week, no matter who shows. This is to prevent the game from ending like the old one.
2) In a war, you may take no more than 3 provinces in Europe, or 5 outside Europe.
3) Keep alliances reasonable. No power playing.
4) No player may control more than 2 persian culture provinces.
5) Try to behave rationally for your country. Role play as much as possible.
6) Religion should be a major factor in decisions.
7) No map sharing
8) Everyone must play European countries (Russia and Ottomans included)
9) All 5 year truces must be honored. Vassalization of players must hold for 20 years.
10) The most dependable players will be given the majors: Austria, Spain, Russia, England, France, and the Ottomans.

I maintain that Persia cutting Russia off from the Siberian corridor is not only gamey, but also ahistorical and bad RP. I think Russia should be given access to the corridor with some compensation given to Persia. Its a very gray area though, and I would like to know what everyone else thinks.
