I agree -1 inflation would not change the game too much. Also we can make a rule that if everyone posts AAR then there will be no reward.

It takes maybe 30 minutes to put up a few paragraph AAR to give people a general impression of what happened in the session. I think everyone can find 30 minutes during the week to put aside. You could probably write it during the session while we're trying to get started or rehosting .

i did write like 3 or 4 posts, but im being fair for the others also believe that AAR should be seperate from the game and something to story tell and give insight into your nation's plans or ideas, not be a bonus to extra things just cause you sat down and wrote out a AAR, what if everyone writes one? its pointless kinda

The whole point is to get people to write AARs, not to give people an advantage. If everyone writes one then the idea worked . This series usually starts well enough with AARs, but nobody writes them after the first or second session (I'm guilty of this too).

-1% inflation seems like a reasonable award. 1 isn't that much, but still a nice bonus. And it avoids putting players at disadvantage if they can't/don't write an AAR.

well i think AARing is fun but i dont see a point in rewarding someone for writing something, cause someone could so easily write out a small summary and get -1 inflation

Bingo. Diplomacy in between sessions is so much more fun than simply showing up once a week and playing.
