What a dull session. Couldn't do anything as Denmark. Despite having a CRT over Sweden, it was AI, so I couldn't fight them. Now they've got Vasa and have caught up, so I've basically lost my chance to strike forever.
And crap stab all the time didn't help. I'd like to request that Iceland (1466) and Narvik (259) be converted to protestant. The AI colonised here, and it wasn't my intention to do so before converting. If I hadn't subbed Portugal, Denmark would be in better shape.

No. There are no events for converting Zanzibar in any of the EUII events. You must be thinking of a random event or an ACGEEP event. I've searched all EUII events, and there are no events giving Portugal conversions anywhere. (and there are no events concerning Zanzibar (province 765) at all!)
And out of interest, why did you choose negotiate trading rights, which would have given you a core on Oman? I assumed that had decided not to take it since you made that choice, which is why I went after Zimbabwe isntead of Zanzibar.

Taking Zimbabue is bad for Port right now. you have to take every cot first, then annexing pagans in 1550. it's simple, we love having low stab expenses to trade like bitches. Portugal has a 90 monthly incomes right now, converting pagans and colonizing at last. hehe it's funny, I have tradding posts in Brazil only, and I recieved a cot in a level one colony in that region :X

Yeah, Hyz's and Pibe's (temporary) absence was really bad, forced me to let Sweden off extremely easy and created a weakened Denmark in the best time possible for them to strike Sweden. Some edits should really be done for Denmark, such as DP, etc. maybe even some tech, cause through war exhaustion and low stab the AI ran Denmark into the ground.
