Friday Night NA:IV Imperial Age

We are starting new game which will be played on Friday nights at 22:00 (10:00PM) Eastern Standard Time (US) or 04:00 (04:00AM) in Continental Europe. We will play 3 Fridays a month and will vote which Friday should be free from playing. If you can't play on one of the days and have no sub your nation will be AI. We will not skip a session unless we are missing more people. We are looking for 8-10 player game so only few places are left. People who played first 3 games have the right to pick their nation first.
Scenario will be 1492 PE with last Beta patch. We are planning to add random leaders to even the adds but this will be voted on when we have all players set. We have a rule of no more than 3 European or 5 Colonial provs can be taken in one war. 5 European or 8 Colonial per alliance per war. Even if you have 4 players in the alliance and you control 100% of the enemy territory you can't take more provs. If Persia is AI we may decide to put a rule that prevents OE from annexing it. This will be voted on when we will have all the players. We are looking for people who are sure that they can play most of the Fridays. Please do not join the game if you know that you will miss a lot of sessions.

Sorry I made a mistake of not specifying when do we plan to start. The plan WAS and I think still IS to skip this week at least. We just played few months and some of us need to kiss up to wife's to get permission for next campaign. (ME )

One thing I have to stress: Please do not join the game if you can't play regularly every Friday. We have good group that is very reliable and we do not wish to change that. I just say that because Javier and Cardenal Infant are from Spain. I know that Spanish go to sleep very late (personal experience from few Spanish vacations) but are you willing to go to sleep at 7:00 or 8:00 in the morning after Friday night drinking?

you're insulting a veteran! I'm argentine, not spanish, and I study in a faculty, i use to wake up quite early on saturday mornings, a bit earlier won't hurt. and if this doesn't convince enough I don't drink :x

Hello, at the moment I´m happines married and i have two little boys and i don´t drink friday nights, when I was young all fridays I stayed the fiesta, but in this moment I don´t have problem to wake up to 4:00 A.M spanish hour to play with you. I don´t have problems to play fridays maybe some friday cann´t play if I go to Barcelona to see my family but it is one time every two months.

PP, Thanks for opening this thread.

I just want to point out that this is the fourth version of our weekly friday game. The first was a good try but we did not finish because of some desertions. The next two we have ran until the end, and have been fun until the end. The core group of players are dedicated, and will be dedicated to make it fun for everyone, until the end. If there is a theme about this game is "fun for all until the end". That more than winning a war or campaing is our goal.
So, if new players are serious about playing an end to end game they are very welcomed, even if not much experience in MP.
