Whatever we deicde, we need to write AAR's and do diplomacy. They don;t have to be elaborate, just enough to kind of let people know where you were at, why you did what you did or where you might be planning on going in future sessions. It keeps the game interesting from session to session.

I think that it would be good to have a choice between the three, either -1% inflation, +1 stability or money...500 ducats may be a bit much, dont really know, but the choice would be good to have

I think +1 Stab is a bit too much. Depending on the Nation, it could save them several thousand in ducats.
I think sticking to the -1 inflation is the best policy. Everything else is too much.
I like the -1 inflation as well. Problem is similar to what we ran into toward the middle of the last cmapaign. Well managed nations with no inflation essentially get no bonus while the inflaters get a reprieve. Perhaps in the case of nations that have no inflation we can do a treasury enhancement or a 500 point contribution to their stability score.
Or, they can keep the inflation bonus in a reserve to be used whenever they have enough inflation to use it. So, if I write AAR's for 2 sessions and have no inflation, and in the 3rd session I rack up 5 inflation, I would get a 2 point reduction for the 4th session plus an extra point for the AAR written after the 3rd session. Make sense?
