Friday Night NA Game VI: Rebirth

I have a question that I'd like clarified. I asked in game and got some mixed responses, so this seems as good a place as any. The 3 provinces/ half-price colonies rule. Do colonial cities count as a full province, or only one half? Same with colonial CoT's.

I'd like to suggest that non European cities count the same as non European colonies. So, Spain's Mexican provinces are worth 1/2 province each.

Regardless of the decision, it would be nice to have the issue clarified before the start of the next session. Sorry I didn't bring it up earlier, it totally slipped my mind.

Frank and I have agreed on a province transfer if you would be so kind as to edit it for us. I am giving him Koln (344) and he is giving me Geldre (337) and Friesen (338). I will also be giving him $1250 once we get in game. If you could arrange the edits, we'd appreciate it.

Habs and I have agreed to return Estramedura (440) to me. We will agree on a price in game.

I think the screenshot is F11. I'm not sure if you need your own webhosting to use a screenshot in stats.

Edits for this week:
-1 Inflation for the following:

• Russia
• Spain
• Ottoman Empire
• France
• And Spain again (forgotten from last session)

Unfortunately the game no longer allows for negative inflation, so only .5% and .4% were taken from Russia and The Ottoman Empire respectively.

• Estramedura from Portugal to Spain.
• Geldre and Friesen from Austria to Spain.
• Koln from Spain to Austria.

I believe there is an option when you submit the stats to add a picture. Not sure if you can upload it from your computer, or if you need a host though.

Good session everyone. Got my butt kicked again, but it was fun.

Dyno, we start at 10pm eastern and run until 2am eastern. Not sure if I will need you, but I'll know by Wednesday.

Stats are up in the same place as usual.

EDIT: I figured out how to put screenshots up. Unfortuately, I didn't realize until it was too late that I had to convert the screenie from bmp to jpg. I don't know how to edit stats, but when I put them up next week, I'll have a screenie attached.

I didn't lose because I was feeling bad. I lost because you outfought me. I had bad luck with lag once or twice, but nothing show stopping. I think I'm learning though.

I'm curious as to how you keep beating my armies that are almost twice as large as yours. How is your land morale so much higher than mine? We're at the same tech levels. Your sliders are a little bit better than mine in terms of war, yet even when I engaged your leaderless armies, I lost. Frustrating. And the morale section of the stats page paints an even bleaker picture.

That is probably enough to play. Is your location accurate, Australia? We've had people on dial up before, although their stability did suffer somewhat. You're more than welcome to come in and trt to sub with us if you want to.

The morale section on the stats page is innacurate more often than not. He was Sole Defender of the Faith, so that helped his morale some. He also has two more clicks on the land slider which makes a big difference, and a shock bonus from offensive...

Gotcha. What are teh chance of me getting my repatriation of Netherlands event? I was counting on the +3 to Cent and +2 to stability that never came. My DP moves to this point relied on getting those.
