Well, let me state again: Looking in the save-game (also, loading up as one of the other player nations) is considered cheating. This time its no problem, but next time such things should be known to everything before you do it! And again, why would it be an exploit if I dont have any advantage from it? Really, I had no idea it differed this much, and I had no idea you would consider this wrong, because all those armies were built before I got most of my colonial possessions and before I even mobilised a single soldier from them! Third, what about the counterproposal I made? I think Kle can accept that too, and we cant(!) implement such an important rule without all players agreeing with it...
First, a notice that Gaius and I have decided to cancel the session tomorrow (March 18th) since neither of us can be here (including myself), and that would give us 3 majors without players before the session even begins. Accordingly we think it best to skip it.
Second, we ought to have a house rule/gentleman's agreement not to build any more "unsupportable" divisions from here on out, like the house rule we now have against prestige farming. Making tougher rules or specifying punishments ought to wait until we start a game based around those parameters imo, for now just your honor is at stake.

And BTW, How afraid were you all the time that we would be exploiting the game-mechanism... each time you noticed only a minor thing you screamed it as loud as you could... And Now I should believe that your fleet bombarding my petrograd army to -300 efficiency all the time isnt an exploit??? Or where you just trying to nail me down all the time? I am serious about it, unless you show a radical change, I doubt if I will be willing to play another game with you until my death!
