Hello! I am absolutely sure that you guys remember me right? No! Oh well, anyway, I haven't been on these forums since the beginning of summer with my failed AAR, The Golden Age of Ayutthaya, which was my 3rd failed AAR in the past year, (curse computer crashes!). Anyway, I am starting a new AAR series, or series of short AARs. And tonight is the beginning match-up! No, this does not have anything to do with the Beijing Olympics. (They dont play AMERICAN FOOTBALL AT THE OLYMPICS). Well, the way this will work is every Friday or Saturday Night, we will have another match-up. Also, I will include screenshots probably in the 3rd or fourth game, but they are unavailable tonight for several reasons. Anyway let's get to tonights game.
It's a rainy evening here in Vienna, Austria as we start the game here. As we always do, we will start off with the host countries notional anthem in there native tongue. And in this case it is the Austrian National Anthem in German!

Alright, now lets fo down onto the field for the kickoff. Ok Hungary won the coin toss so they get to choose either to Be on the defensive or the offensive, and they chose... OFFENSIVE! Alright, lets start this thing. Set HIKE! Hungary invades Wien, but there small army is forced out now Austria is on the OFFENSIVE! And the crowd goes wild at that last play. Sopron has been invaded by Austria and is under besiegement as Michael von Staubenrauch (a general) leads the siege. Oh but while there not looking Hungary invades Austria! Steiermark and Ostmarch are being invaded! In the half-our I have been announcing for the International Football League I have never seen anything like this before! But in a quick effort tosave themselves from attack, Austria has rise 4 new armies to defend themselves! Hungary's forces are too strong though, as Ostmarch, Wien, and Steiermark are now under siege. Oh, but Hungary is forced out at Steiermark and is forced back into Hungary. Meanwhile... AUSTRIA HAS SCORED A TOUCHDOWN! SOPRON IS NOW OCCUPIED BY AUSTRIA! Now Hungary Has invaded Sopron to take it back and a battle rages on in Sopron! Hungary wins... but they leave! They go to fight off some peasants! But while Austria wasn't looking, Hungary invaded Steiermark from Slavonia! Now more forces from Hungary attempt to take back Sopron, hile the retreating Austrian forces head to Presburg to start a siege there. Austria attempts to spread out to Pecs and even Slavonia! No Hungarian forces are gaurding, so this is a golden opportunity for Austria! In Austria, HUNGARY HAS TAKE OSTMARCH and is scoring bigtime. Those forces move into Linz where a battle starts between newly raise Austrians and Hungary's invading army. HUNGARY SCORES AGAIN BY TAKIG WIEN. This does not look good for Austria and they better shape up if they are to win this game. And the battle for Linz is over! Austria retreats to Ostermarch, where they start a siege against the Hungarian occupiers. Hungary meets them there though and destroys the army. Now the Austrian Armies invading Hungary are destroyed by a series of ill-fated battles. Austria now has no force and must give up. This match is over and...HUNGARY WINS! The Peace terms are: Austria will cede Ostmarch. Austria will release Styria as a Vassal. Since we are in Vienna, the crowd lets out a horrible BOOOOOOO! The Score: Hungary 30% Austria 7% FINAL
Oh yeah I almost forgot to tell you guys about the Scoring system. Your score is the highest percentage you get in the war.
