Is this the right place to make a bug report? Anyway...

I came back to Stellaris the other night to try out the Le Guin update, but the game frequently freezes on me so that I have to use task manager to close the game. It happens as frequently as every 15-30 minutes, although there was one stretch of several hours where it played fine before starting to freeze again. I've noticed it only happens when the game is paused.

I've tried a number of things to alleviate it, like uninstalling/reinstalling the game, clearing the game cache, etc. The problem still exists with 2.2.4, and I never had this problem with 2.1.x.

EDIT: Added a save file to my post.
