You all know about this issue. Is there any way to fix it?
Normally, I'm not that bothered about the AI making unhistorical decisions as long as they are sensible. However, the Iberian move is a bit too common for France, and so, the AI has been altered for the next patch. Basically, if there is an independent de jure duke or king of an overseas target duchy, who is of the AI's own faith, it will not declare a religious war to "ninja" the duchy.
I think I say Doomdark post somewhere that they are tweaking the AI on this particular part for how it weighs its choice. You all know about this issue. Is there any way to fix it?

Granted, give them a half a century, they'll probably lose it.
Hang in there... Next Patch should have a sensible to solution for that as stated above by the Dev, if you're curious to when the next patch could be, well if they follow their usual pattern of going through their outsource QA, etc.. probably in like 2 weeks or so.. Or less, as this was a bigger development team than the previous game they did, but that's just an assumption on my part.
