During the scheduled "freetime" a fair number of prisoners from respective securities freeze and will not move until the hour is over. This does not affect work/freetime or programs/freetime, just freetime.

I have reinstalled the game and cleared the mods folder (unsubcribing from old broken mods on the workshop) and yet still faced the issue, unfortunately.
