Anyone tried this? It's a method I've been using to make it easier for AI and human minors to gain power, particularly in the Middle East.
Step 1-Use a normal game, or All the Russia's (as it weakens Russia)
Step 2-Play a normal game with high AI aggressiveness, starting with the UK
Step 3-release and un-satellite all the nations possible, then, if your dissent is below 50, use the dissent cheat.
Step 4-Do the same for France and Italy. Load Italy, the US, and Germany and use the dissent cheat twice to get them to a similar point.
Step 5-Play as (preferably) Iraq, Greece, or Turkey. I think there are some events to give colonies armies, if not, there should be.
Step 6-Ta-da, watch stuff change. Unfortunately, I very much doubt if wars will break out in S.A, and if you want a more universal war, I'd suggest taking some of the african 'majors' (Sudan, EAR), and switching sides to Axis.
