Ok... I realize this is major thread necromancy but while looking for Emu's Cruizerg post I stumbled into this thread. Note the poll doesn't close till 2009 so... I thought I would give it a chance for some more votes :D

I have always preferred Central Planning because not only does my IC increase but so does my TC :)
