I just beat Prussia as France and humiliated them avoiding the decline of the French empire are there any events that will fire that give me some German land or something in the way that Germany gets Alsace-Lothringen when they occupy Paris.

In base Victoria:Revolutions, no. You have survived intact, that is enough ahistorical gravy for you.

Now, in VIP, we have provided a bit more of an incentive - defeat the Prussians, and you get the Rhineland. (Austria gets a similar ahistorical potential if it defeats PRU in the '66 War).
