HI, am french and awaiting the game.
I was wondering, I have read that France's population growth was hardcoded as almost nil. I think that is a good thing, but maybe it should be somewhat flexible ( it might be already ? ).
Indeed, I don't know if there ways to influence your population growth, through natural growth. I know there are immigration things, but is there something that influences natural growth ? Like more equal rights among population lowers it, while low innovativness increases it.
In this case, France should not be completely hardcoded, it should just have some sort of extra penalty harcoded ( like infantry prices for some countries in EUII for ex ). So that if according to policies population growth can be between 0 and 3 % a year for a normal country ( without the wars or other pop lowering events ), than for France it Would be comprised between -1,5 and + 1,5.
Answers anyone ?
Cheers.
